Principles of Real Estate CD
If taken by CD, a Principles student is required to complete 60 hours of seat time in the CD and pass a proctored final course exam arranged through the school. The student has one year from the date of purchase to complete the course and the proctored course exam. The student's computer must have, in addition to the minimum hardware requirements, the ability to connect to the Internet so that upon completion of the 60 hours, the student's results can be uploaded to an Internet site. The CD course is not printable. A workbook may be purchased for an additional $20.
COST: $229.00 (+shipping).
There are no refunds for this course unless technical support decides through no fault of the user that the CD is defective. A person wanting to transfer to a Principles classroom course must pay a transfer fee of $75. Seat time hours completed in the CD does not transfer to the classroom. Once a student has transferred, no refund is allowed.
