REQUIREMENTS

If this is your first license renewal, you will need to complete 30 hours of pre-approved Post Licensing courses.

This consists of 15 hours of mandatory topics and 15 hours of electives. The 15 hours of mandatory topics include three hours each of Fair Housing, Agency, Real Estate Law, Ethics and Offer to Purchase.

All students, in addition to the Post Licensing requirements listed above, must complete a one-time 2-Hour Limited Service Agency course.
