BROKER CRAM COURSE
This nine day license preparation course will review Principles of Real Estate, Virginia Real Estate Laws and Regulations, and Real Estate Math. It will also examine the various categories of the license exam including property ownership land use, valuation and market analysis, financing, laws of agency, mandated disclosures, contracts, transfer of property, and practice of real estate.
TUITION: $150 (includes materials)
(Note: Once all four Broker Licensing classes are completed through Alpha, the Broker Cram Course may be taken at no extra charge.)
