Kenny Hart
Head Instructor and Division Chair

A second generation Master Plumber and Mechanical Contractor, Kenny Hart has more than thirty years of experience in the mechanical fields and holds a Virginia Masters level license in Plumbing, Gas Fitting and HVAC. His writings and contributions to trade journals and newspapers, as well as his presentations to home inspector and real estate organizations throughout the country have earned him the respect of his peers.

He served on the Technical Committee for the American Society of Home Inspectors for three years including one year as the chairman. Kenny is a Virginia Certified Home Inspector and a retired member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and a former member of the National Association of Home Inspectors. He is immediate past president of the Virginia Association of Real Estate Inspectors.
