Program Guidelines

Members receive:
° Alpha Bucks©, which can be used for classes or items in the REALTOR® Store

°Recognition on Alpha's Web site

Here's how the program works:
° Receive $10 worth of Alpha Bucks© for every student you refer to Alpha's Principles of Real Estate course, classroom or online.

° Alpha Bucks© can be used within 6 months of issuance toward purchases in Alpha's REALTOR® Store, or toward an Alpha-owned real estate course.

° Alpha's -Team© will be recognized on Alpha's Web site and Facebook page and will be eligible for additional rewards and recognition.

° Referred students who are attending the classroom course will receive Alpha's Principles of Real Estate classroom textbook free. Referred students who enroll in the online course will receive the Language of Real Estate book free. If shipping of the textbook is required, the student must pay for shipping and handling.

°Current Alpha students, real estate salespeople, real estate brokers, real estate companies, related industry companies (i.e. mortgage lenders, home inspectors, appraisers) are eligible to receive Alpha Bucks© for their referred students.

° Alpha will issue the Alpha Bucks© to The -Team© within 30 days of the start of the class the student attends.
Guidelines:

° In order to receive the Alpha Bucks© the referred student must list you, your contact information and/or your company's name and contact information as "referred by" on their registration form and make payment in full at the time of their registration. Online students must send us this information.

° Students may not refer themselves and only one person or company will earn the Alpha Bucks© per referred student. In the event of a dispute, Alpha retains the right to decide who earns the Alpha Bucks©.

° Alpha Bucks© must be presented at the time of purchase or course registration with payment in full and the Alpha Bucks© must be used in full at time of redemption. Alpha Bucks© have no cash value and cannot be presented
