8-Hour Management & Supervision
OPTION 1 INSTANT RESULTS
This course fulfills the eight additional hours of pre-approved real estate management and agent supervision courses required in addition to the 16 hours of required continuing education courses and topics or four hours of elective credit for post licensing education.
Be sure to read all of the Materials and Case Studies and the VREB Licensing Regulations. The answers for the case studies are provided for your review. Once you have printed your materials, click here to register and take the final examination. After you have registered, you will receive an e-mail providing you with a username and password; the subject of the e-mail will be “Online Course Registration Information.”
Upon passing the exam, we will forward your completion to the Virginia Real Estate Board. It may take 3-5 days for your completion to post on the VREB website. You have met your education requirement when you have passed the exam. Once you have received your certificate, you will want to keep—along with the notarized affidavit indicating you have completed the course—it in your files as it will be proof of your continuing education requirement should VREB audit your records.
