Listed below are the classroom dates for all required courses and real estate related electives for continuing education credit. Residential Standard Agency course Residential Standard Agency, a course mandated by the Virginia Real Estate Board, is required for all licensees -- continuing education and post-licensing -- whose licenses are expiring after June 30, 2012. Those whose licenses expire prior to July 1, 2012 should not take the course until after that date. The Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association has allocated fund to allow its members to take the course at no cost. Registration is required and can be done by using the link below designated for HRRA members.

Alpha College of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel a course with a full refund to all paying participants. Classes may be postponed or cancelled if a minimum number of students have not pre-registered.
