All brokers are required to complete 24 hours of Continuing Education courses consisting of the 16 hours of required courses and topics, plus eight additional hours of pre-approved Real Estate Management and Agent Supervision.
For the course below, you may either (1) take the course entirely online, (2) print course materials and take the exam online, or (3) take the course and exam through printed correspondence only. Materials may be purchased preprinted from Alpha College of Real Estate if you do not wish to print them on your own.
